1.) Running Club - We meet each Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in the parking lot. Click here for more data, incentives and sponsor information.

2.) Group Fitness - Our group fitness class is for men and women of all ages and at all fitness levels. This class series will offer a variety of workouts mixing aspects from cardio kick, P90X, weights, dance, gladiator, and boot camp type training.

a. Boot Camp- Monday thru Thrusday 7:00 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. next class starts February 27th - April 12th (skipping the spring break week). We will meet in the Vocational building gym. The cost is $85.00, payable to Faith West for this 6 week class. Click here

This 45 minute class works your abs, legs and arms with minimal equipment. Skills & drills using mats, balls, bands, boxes, tires, chairs, stairs and light weights are used for a very intense workout. The workout resembles military work-outs including jumping jacks, situps, and pushups and even integrate competiton style workouts.

b. Camp Gladiator Here- Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. starting January 10th. They will meet in the baseball field outfield. For more information or sign-up go here.

c. Zumba® - This class is held each Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. in the Faith West cafeteria. The cost is $5.00 per class visit.

It’s an effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.  So, ditch the workout and join the party. d. Yoga - We are working on a class Tuesday - Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

The class would start March 26th and last 6 weeks. The cost is $60.00 per person. Sign up now. If we get at least 10 people signed up we will start the class in March.

3.) Mini Triathlon Training - We have a few group training days planned including instruction on proper swimming, running and bike training.  Contact Chip McKenzie for more information.

4.) Open Basketball (35 years and older) - Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings at 6:00 a.m., contact Jimmy Botter for more information.

5.) Weight Training- Limited, Monday - Sunday between 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and limited evenings between 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. The cost is $10.00 per month for weight access. If you want a trainer to work with you it will be an extra $10.00 per visit. Advanced signup required & limited number of members accepted. Contact Chip McKenzie for more information.

This running club will meet on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in the parking lot. We will leave at 7:05 p.m. sharp. After the run we often go into the coffee bar and watch TV, hangout or fellowship till 8:30 pm.

You are welcome to run at Faith West any day of the week. The coffee bar is also open most Wednesday's & Friday's, between 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Come "hang out" and enjoy a cappuccino, fruit or dreamsicle smoothie. 

Weight room, gym, showers and locker room will be available on a limited basis.

Please join the founding members Chip McKenzie, Joe Duenas, Dr. Chase and Brandi Chase for an "easy jog" of 1 mile up to a "more advanced" workout of 5+ miles. We have great running courses, hills etc. consisting of asphalt and dirt trails.

Participation in our club offers fellowship, jogging, training, racing advice, and exercise incentives. We are also working on offering mini-workshops discussing subjects like "Nutrition", "Stretching", "Apparel", "How to reach your next race goal".

If you are an organization, name Faith West, Inc as additional insured and waiver of subrogation on your General Liability Insurance Policy. Provide a certificate of insurance to Attn: Jimmy Botter.
