March 18th – A Message From The Business Office

Dear Parents,

Good afternoon, we pray this email finds you and your family healthy and safe during these difficult times. We have been working hard at FWA to be able to provide at home virtual learning for your children, starting Monday, March 23, 2020.

Several questions have come up about tuition payments for the remainder of the school year. As per your enrollment agreement, you are required to pay your tuition in full for the school year. Though the format may look significantly different, our teachers and staff are still going to be providing educational instruction and instruction in specials and electives through FWA @Home online for all grade levels PreK2-12. Teachers are still preparing lessons, videos, and providing instruction for your children, and you will have daily virtual communication with your children’s teachers.

We want to make sure your children are getting the instruction they need and gaining the knowledge necessary to lay the foundation for their next grade level. We have to ensure that this is happening so that we can, in good faith, promote your child to the next grade level or hand them their diploma when they graduate. We can’t stress enough the importance of holding your children responsible for doing and turning in their work as requested by their teachers so we can keep a close eye on progress and provide any extra services needed (extra tutoring times, etc.).

We know that everything feels very uncertain right now. We are trusting a God who tells us not to worry about tomorrow, and we go forward having faith in that. Please reach out with questions; we are here to support our families through this time.
