2017-2018 New Secondary Student Applications

The deadline for receiving applications and all required documents is July 31st.

NOTE:  Registration fees must be received within 48 office hours of submitting your application. If this fee has not been received within 48 office hours of an applications submission, the application will be placed into inactive status until such fees are received.

We cannot accept electronic signatures on these forms. You can return these completed forms to Faith West using any of the following methods:

  • Scan and save to your desktop, then attach to the online application under the ‘Documents’ tab
  • Scan and email to admissions@faithwest.org
  • Fax to 281-391-2606, Attn: Admissions
  • Direct delivery to FWA’s Admissions Office

3. ARRANGE FOR ADMISSIONS TESTING.

  • All students entering Kindergarten are tested at Faith West over the summer. The Admissions office will contact you once the test schedule is set.
  • Students entering 1st - 4th grade are tested by Education Specialist Debbie Meinwald. Her contact number is 281-610-4331. Please call her at your earliest convenience to schedule this testing. Please be aware that Mrs. Meinwald does charge for this testing.
  • Students entering 5th - 12th grade take the ISEE test from ERB. Please be aware that ERB charges a fee for this test.

NOTE: All testing must be completed by July 31, 2017.

4. PAY APPLICATION FEES.

Kindergarten through 12th grade: $550.00 for the first student and $250 for each additional student.

You may pay your registration fee using any of the following methods:

  • Hand deliver a check to the FWA’s Admissions Office. Please include your name and your student’s full name and grade level in the Memo field.
  • Phone in a credit card payment.
  • Use PayPal.

If you choose to use PayPal, you must include a 3.7% convenience fee. In the Purpose field, include the words ENROLLMENT FEES, your name, and your student’s full name.
