Accelerated Reader (AR) is a popular reading program that helps teachers manage and monitor children’s independent reading practice. Your child picks a book at his own level and reads it at his own pace. When finished, your child takes a short quiz on the computer at school. Quizzes may be taken only at school and quiz times will vary according to your child’s grade level.
The library is open from 7:10 – 7:40 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for elementary students that would like to take AR quizzes.
