Running Rain Policy

Our rain policy is the following…we never cancel practice. We run in light rain and we run inside if we hear any thunder. If the rain is pouring, we run inside at Faith West, in either the Gym or Annex Building. Worst case…we would lift weights in the Annex Building across the street at Faith West.

Team Web Running Logs (optional)

Running should be recorded manually or online. Goals, discussion, training and race results should be tracked. Choose password as “2225porter”. Do not change your log-in password once it is established. This allows both you and your coach to log into your running page. Another great alternative is a Gamin GPS watch. Garmin has a free web page that stores all of your running data automatically through bluetooth.
