• Pre-Boxed School Supplies: You may purchase pre-boxed school supplies for your child for the 2012-2013 school year.  Print this form to order and return it with payment BY MAY 31 to the Etc. Office or mail it to Faith West Academy (2225 Porter Rd, Katy, TX  77493) with attention to the PTO.

Carpool Maps:

• A.M. Drop-off 
• P.M. Pick-up for Elementary and Preschool
• P.M. Pick-up for Secondary

Preschool Carpool

Please remember that preschooler’s must be dropped off at the preschool entrance or the three cross drop off only. Please do not drop them off in the tunnel by the gym as it is far for them to walk by themselves. It also holds up the movement of the carpool line.  Thank you for your help in this request.
