You may begin completing the online forms now, but you
MAY NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL FEBRUARY 16, 8:00 a.m.
While there is no deadline for application submission,
you will want to apply early because some classes will fill quickly.
In addition to the online application,
the following documents must be printed, completed,
and returned before your application is complete:
- Secondary Additional Application Documents
- Elementary Additional Application Documents
- PreK Additional Application Documents
- Mother's Day Out Additional Application Documents
- I-20 VISA Additional Application Documents
Reenrollment for the 2012-2013 School Year
Please print and return the Reenrollment Packets necessary for your family. Each packet has the necessary forms of one child. Complete and return your applications to the Registrar’s Office by February 15, 2012 to guarantee enrollment for your student before Faith West Academy goes into Open Enrollment status. Reenrollment cannot be received via email.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT REENROLLMENT FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE REENROLLMENT FEES. ALL FORMS SUBMITTED WITHOUT FEES OR WITH INCOMPLETE PAPERWORK WILL BE RETURNED UNTIL ALL PAPERWORK IS COMPLETED IN FULL.
